  • 1 hour – Free
    Before scheduling a team workshop, all new organizations begin with a complimentary 1-hour consultation. This Zoom-based conversation helps us clarify your goals, explore your team’s specific needs, and determine whether my approach is the right fit for your group. We’ll discuss potential workshop formats, desired outcomes, and next steps so you can move forward with confidence.

  • For managers and teams seeking to strengthen collaboration, communication, and performance. Each session is tailored to your team’s unique strengths profile and organizational goals.

    Note: Pricing covers facilitation only. Travel (if outside Austin Area), and other direct expenses will be billed separately. Price does not include CliftonStrengths Assessment Codes necessary for the workshop. Codes are available at a discounted rate to be included in the workshop proposal sheet.

    • Half-Day Workshop (4 hrs): Base rate: $1500, with additional costs based on team needs and consultation.

    • Full-Day Workshop: Base rate: $2500, with additional costs based on team needs and consultation.

    • Multi-Day Workshop: Custom Pricing

    • Format: In-person or virtual.

  • For leaders, executives, and managers who want to maximize their effectiveness and the potential of their teams. Consulting engagements are customized and may include one-on-one coaching, team facilitation, or ongoing advisory work.

    • Consultation Package: Base price of $500 for initial engagement up to 4 billable hours, with tailored follow-ups as needed (Based on Individual Coaching or Team Workshop Rates)

    Note: This is for leaders wanting to examine their teams and business practices. Please select Individual Life/Career Coaching if you would like to focus solely on your own skills and leadership journey.

  • To get a guaranteed date, workshops and Consulting sessions must be booked no later than 4 weeks (28 days) in advance, with deposit or paid in full.
