• Consultation Package: Base price of $500 for initial engagement, with tailored follow-ups as needed (Based on Individual Coaching or Team Workshop Rates)

For managers and teams seeking to strengthen collaboration, communication, and performance. Each session is tailored to your team’s unique strengths profile and organizational goals.

Note: Pricing covers facilitation only. Travel (if outside Austin Area), and other direct expenses will be billed separately. Price does not include CliftonStrengths Assessment Codes necessary for the workshop. Codes are available at a discounted rate to be included in the workshop proposal sheet.

• Half-Day Workshop (4 hrs): Base rate: $1500, with additional costs based on team needs and consultation.

• Full-Day Workshop: Base rate: $2500, with additional costs based on team needs and consultation.
