Coaching Workshops
Move Beyond Your Results: Strengths Workshops.
Most people take an assessment, look at their results, and then leave the report sitting in a drawer. But true leadership and growth aren’t about knowing your labels—they are about knowing how to use your unique talent blueprint to navigate complex professional transitions, overcome blind spots, and accelerate your career readiness.
Our interactive workshops and cohorts are designed for professionals, career changers, and emerging leaders who are ready to move from baseline awareness to strategic execution. No matter where you are starting today, your current job title does not define your future potential. Choose the level of commitment that fits your goals, your schedule, and your budget.

Do I need to have already taken the CliftonStrengths assessment to attend a workshop?
No, you do not need to purchase an assessment beforehand for any of these events. If a specific workshop or cohort series requires a CliftonStrengths assessment or report upgrade, the cost of the Gallup code is completely covered and included in your tuition. Instructions on how to access or take the assessment will be sent directly to your email after registration.
What if I have already taken the CliftonStrengths assessment or own my full CliftonStrengths 34 report?
If you already have your results, that’s fantastic! You will not need to retake the assessment, as Gallup recommends using your existing profile. For programs that require a deep dive into your full results, your tuition will cover upgrading your existing report if you only have your "Top 5," or we will coordinate with you to securely share your existing 34-theme report prior to the start date.
What is the expected time commitment?
For Standalone Workshops: The commitment is simply the designated hours of live, focused learning during the session itself.
For the Cohort Series: Because the series is a highly interactive, collaborative experience featuring peer coaching and breakouts, active participation is critical. Participants are expected to attend the vast majority of the live virtual sessions to maximize their investment and receive a certificate of completion. You will also schedule a private, 60-minute individual coaching session to be completed during the designated coaching window.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. To ensure our workshops are accessible to professionals, career-changers, and students alike, we offer a 2-part installment plan. Tuition can be split into two equal payments, with the final 50% balance due by the Sunday prior to the workshop or series start date. (Please email essentialjourneyscoaching@gmail.com if additional time or arrangements are needed to complete your tuition payment.)
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Because digital materials are secured, assessment codes are pre-purchased, and seats are strictly limited, we enforce the following policies:
For a Workshop Series: No refunds or cancellations will be issued after the first live session begins.
For a Standalone Workshop: No refunds or cancellations will be issued within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time.
